Sleepy Ridge weddings are elegant events, filled with grace, at a stunning location that combines indoor/outdoor space. Without a doubt, Utah wedding venues are renowned for their tucked-away feeling, embedded with picturesque views. But Sleepy Ridge weddings, in particular, beckon the kind of lavish experience that embodies modern-day elegance. Having previously worked to capture Sleepy Ridge weddings, I have an understanding of how to embody the essence of the venue. But also the portrayal of my couple’s unique love story & vision.

There are two distinct spaces within Sleepy Ridge to host your wedding day events. The Garden Room and The Sunset Room. The Garden Room is an enclosed glass atrium that provides panoramic views of Mt. Timpanogos. Additionally, in The Garden Room, you’ll also find a stone mantel fireplace and a set of opulent French double doors that open to the Garden Patio.

The Garden Patio is ripe with the beauty of fresh greenery and the sounds of a nearby cascading waterfall. Undoubtedly, creating a beautiful space to host your wedding ceremony. Conversely, the space may also be used to host your formal dinner for the evening. The flow of the space allows for a seamless wedding day experience. One where your guests can stream back and forth between the indoor/outdoor space taking in the sights while mixing and mingling.

Sleepy Ridge Weddings require a skilled Utah Wedding Photographer to capture the exquisite details.

However, as a Utah wedding photographer, what makes this space so grand is the enclosed glass structure. Sleepy Ridge weddings in this space are filled with streaming rays of natural light. The addition of natural light to your wedding day photography, whether capturing your setup & decor or your portraiture, provides an added layer of beauty and emotion to your photos. It enhances the genuine moments that exist on your wedding day. Undoubtedly teasing out the more personal aspect of your unique love story.

The second space for Sleepy Ridge Weddings is The Sunset Room. Which is located on the third floor of Sleepy Ridge. But, what sets this room apart from The Garden Room is its scenic views. Specifically, from this space, you and your guests will take in the views of the fairway, Lake Utah, and the Oquirrh Mountains. Additionally, I find that this space is for the old souls, the true romantics at heart, and the couples that appreciate finer details of architecture from their wedding venue. Hardwood floors are paired with French doors that open to a sweeping balcony where the fresh mountain air combines with the picturesque view before you. This space is opulent and elegant, and befitting of wedding days with lavish-sized guest lists. The ceiling allows for drapery and rows of added string lights to create a sort of whimsical element to this otherwise eloquent space.

In particular, the wedding depicted below is a harmonization of everything that embodies Sleepy Ridge Weddings. From the sparkling natural light, to the venue’s distinct architecture, and the characteristic details of our bride’s chosen aesthetic. To see more details, scroll through the images below.
