As a photographer, I’m constantly growing, learning and honing my style. I’m excited to share this First Look and formal session at the Utah State Capitol Building because I feel like I really nailed down my editing style with these photos. I finally found the bright, white and clean look with creamy, glowing skin tones that I’ve always been drawn to. The timeless feel of film photography is what really inspires me creatively. I love the simplicity of these photos that allows the couple and the details to really shine.
This was such a gorgeous wedding! Londyn and Parker are the kind of couple that just knew they were meant to be together. The bride actually planned their entire wedding while the groom was on his mission for the LDS church. He returned home a couple of months ago and they were officially engaged within weeks. Then he got to relax and enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning. The anticipation of finally being together in person was at an all-time high! The two of them were so excited to be getting married. I’ve rarely seen two people so happy. They both agreed that the time apart helped bring them closer together during the wedding planning process through writing to each other. When you know, you know, right?
