The Engagement Photo Location
The location is called Albion Basin and it’s one of my favorite places to do engagement sessions during peak wildflower season. My couple hadn’t been here before, and it was a real treat to introduce them to Cottonwood Canyon.

My couple opted to wear colors that blended in with the background. This was on purpose, and I recommend to all of my couples to choose a neutral color palette that won’t make you pop like a sore thumb from the background. In order to create dreamy imagery that feels romantic and soft, your outfit is very important. This couple chose a laidback look of a summer white dress for her. For him, a blue button up with khaki’s. I love the look that they went with and it fit their laidback personalities perfectly.

I try to bring couples out here during the best season, summer, every year. It’s always rewarding to see the joy on my couples faces when they see this beautiful slice of heaven that is so short-lived and creating images that last a lifetime.
