The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge is a stunning wedding venue in Utah. In fact, the resort is renowned among jet setters and globe travelers, attracting visitors both near and far. With its expansive views, picturesque scenery, and top-notch hospitality, it may come as no surprise that The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge is a phenomenal wedding venue, for couples searching for an unrivaled wedding day experience.

My sweet couple planned a boho-themed wedding at The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge. They were undoubtedly inspired by the venue’s surrounding natural elements. Using the colors and textures of the landscape as their wedding day inspiration. This inspiration resulted in what can only be described as a chic and modern wedding day. With just a hint of cowboy vibes.

The biggest focus of bringing this inspiration to life was evident in the wedding day florals. Curated by Wild Earth Designs, the boho wedding florals focused on textured elements along with a well-blended color palette. Terra cotta-colored roses resembled the resort’s horizon at sunset. While pampas grass and spear fans, in their bare state, were juxtaposed against the delicacy of the soft rose petals.

The bride and groom set their wedding ceremony against the backdrop of the mountains in view at The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge. However, the inside of the venue has a grand, modern staircase crafted of natural wood. I knew that it would be here where I would set my couple up for their first look, prior to their wedding ceremony. Once the groom’s boutonniere was fixed and his cufflinks were fastened, I positioned him in a way that he would not be able to see his bride make her entrance.

With her effortlessly stunning wedding bouquet in hand, the bride walked up behind her husband-to-be before making her presence known. Once he turned around, the groom erupted in smiles at the site of his beautiful bride, in a moment that was filled with love and unbridled joy.

Afterward, it was time to get them married. Family and friends were seated and patiently awaiting the couple’s entrance. At the center of their wedding altar lay a boho wedding arch adorned with stunning florals, likewise lending themselves to the boho meets western chic vibe of the day. With a clear view of the Wasatch and Uintas mountains, they were pronounced as husband and wife.

With the ceremony space cleared and friends and family enjoying cocktail hour, we circled back to the ceremony space. I noticed an amazing opportunity to take some additional portraits of my couple with their setup still in place, and the landscape of The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge on display.
